Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or hot paprika
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder and pepper.
    Cut in butter and stir in grated cheese.
    Add milk and mix quickly for dough.
    Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 30 seconds.
    Roll out and cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Space evenly.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 12 to 15.
