Quick Honey White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 c. flour
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. honey
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, put 2 cups flour, dry milk, yeast and salt.
    Pour in water; beat 1 minute.
    Add butter and honey; beat another minute.
    Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto floured board; knead 5 to 10 minutes.
    Place dough in bowl; let rise (1 1/2 hours).
    Punch down; knead gently.
    Shape into loaves (3 to 4, depending on size).
    Let rise (1/2 hour). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
