Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat, cut in 2-inch pieces
    3 or 4 medium onions
    1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    6 carrots, chunked
    potatoes (as you like)
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Toss all together.
    Cover with tight lid and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
