Dr. Lathrop'S Red Flannel Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. corned beef
1 lb. canned beets, diced
2 large potatoes
1/2 c. onion, diced
3 eggs
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes.
Saute onion in a large skillet at medium setting on burner.
Add diced potatoes, corned beef, beets and slightly beaten eggs (include juice from beets).
Gently turn until corned beef begins to brown.
Serve under eggs, sunny side up.
Season to taste.
