Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
    3 c. granulated sugar
    5 large eggs
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, grated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    confectioners sugar for dusting
    berries and mint for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and dust with flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Cream the butter until fluffy and gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Alternately beat in flour mix (in fourths) and milk (in thirds), beginning with flour.
    Add chocolate and vanilla.
    Pour into greased pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes inverted on rack. Cool completely before decorating cake with powdered sugar. Garnish with berries and mint, if desired.
