Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. heavy or whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. milk chocolate or 3 oz. dark chocolate and 3 oz. white chocolate
    2 tsp. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Melt 8 ounces chocolate, cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
    Cover and freeze 20 minutes.
    Drop onto wax paper covered cookie sheet by 1 teaspoon scoops. Freeze 15 minutes. Quickly and gently roll into balls.
    Freeze again 15 minutes until hard.
