Marinated Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. jar green olives, stuffed with pimentos, drained
    1/4 c. tarragon wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. whole black peppercorns
Preparation
    Place
    olives
    in
    glass
    container
    with lid.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over olives.
    Cap jar and shake to coat olives well.
    Marinate at room temperature for 2 days, shaking
    jar
    daily.
    Drain before serving.
    Makes about 1 cup of olives.
