Yellow Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. orange flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick.
Add water and beat until thickened.
Add sugar gradually, beating constantly, about 10 minutes at high speed.
Fold in vanilla, orange and almond flavorings.
Fold flour and salt into egg yolk mixture.
Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.
Beat until peaks are formed.
Fold into the batter and pour into ungreased 10-inch angel food pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Invert pan and let cool 1 hour.
Frost with 7 Minute Frosting.
