Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans artichoke hearts in water
    1 c. mayonnaise (fat-free is fine)
    1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 box Carr's water crackers
Preparation
    Drain the artichoke hearts very well.
    Cut them up into small pieces with a knife and place in a mixing bowl.
    Add the mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons of the Parmesan cheese plus 4 tablespoons of the bread crumbs.
    Mix well together.
    Place this artichoke mixture into a medium size casserole dish.
    Mix melted butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over artichoke mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers.
