Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. jalapeno relish
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    6 oz. Certo
Preparation
    Put relish and 1/4 cup of vinegar through blender.
    Add to sugar and rest of vinegar in large pot.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Add Certo and return to boil.
    Pour into hot clean jars and seal. (Food color enhances color.)
    Serve with crackers and cream cheese.
