Mrs. Barr'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples (4 or 5 apples)
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine apples and sugar and let stand.
    In mixer bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in oil and vanilla.
    Mix (or sift) flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture alternately with apple mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
