Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Pikes Peak or rump roast
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. dry onion soup or chopped onion
    2 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. water
    1 c. wine
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on High for 8 to 10 hours (overnight is great).
    Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
    (Lots of gravy.)
