Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium size onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and add hot cooked and drained broccoli.
    Top with Ritz crackers (about 3/4 stack pack to make about 1/2-inch top).
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
