Country Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 skillet full of potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt
    coarse pepper
Preparation
    Cube potatoes (peeled or unpeeled) into skillet where you have melted 2 tablespoons fried meat grease.
    Chop onion and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
    Cook with cover on until potatoes begin to brown.
    Stir well.
    When potatoes are almost done, sprinkle a small amount of water over potatoes; cover and continue cooking until done.
    Season to taste.
