Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    6 or 7 eggs or Egg Beaters
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Add bread, sausage, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (325\u00b0 if using glass dish). This is a good casserole for a brunch.
