Baked Pork Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    dash of black pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. cooked tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops in the fat in a skillet.
    Remove chops and place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add rice to chops.
    Saute the onion and green pepper in the remaining fat in the skillet, about 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, salt and black pepper to the onion and green pepper mixture.
    Simmer until well blended. Pour the tomato mixture over the chops and rice.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until tender.
