Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. rump roast
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 or 2 bouillon cubes
    2 garlic cubes
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook until meat is tender. Slice or chip thin.
    Put back in juice.
    (Can be frozen or reheat and serve later.)
    Serve on hard rolls.
