Amaretto-Irish Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. Amaretto
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Irish Cream
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sliced almonds or chopped

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Press mixture evenly on bottom of a lightly greased 10-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes and cool.
