Erma Davis' Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place
    all
    ingredients
    in a bowl with fingers.
    Blend all ingredients together until smooth.\tRefrigerate 1/2 hour. Form into
    1/2-inch
    balls.
    Flatten
    with pecans if desired. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
