Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. oleo
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, cut and peeled
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Rub both sides of meat with garlic.
Roll meat in flour mixture.
Brown meat and onion in oleo in deep skillet.
Stir often.
Add soups and water.
Cook, uncovered, on low heat for 1 hour.
Stir this often.
Add mushrooms and sour cream, but do not boil.
Serve on rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
