Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can undrained sauerkraut
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2/3 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium carrot, shredded
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together, cover and chill several hours or overnight.
    Serves 6.
