Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock filets
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Cut filets in serving pieces; place in greased shallow pan or baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon, paprika, salt and pepper.
    In saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, more salt and pepper.
    Add milk, cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Pour sauce over filets; sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
