No Cook Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
Preparation
    Melt butter and pour into pan or casserole.
    Stir uncooked macaroni into butter.
    Cube cheese.
    Add salt, pepper, cheese and milk to macaroni.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not stir while baking.
    Use a 2-quart casserole or 8 x 8-inch pan.
