Maple Walnut Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. maple extract
    1 egg
Preparation
    Knead together the first 3 ingredients until well blended; divide into 16 pieces.
    Press onto bottom and sides of tassie pans. Sprinkle walnuts in bottom of lined pans.
    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in saucepan; remove from heat.
    Stir the corn syrup, extract and egg into melted butter.
    Spoon syrup mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Makes approximately 16.
