Britain'S Clam Chowder(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
2 c. finely diced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1 qt. whole milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
Preparation
-
Drain juice from clams and save.
Pour juice over vegetables which are in soup kettle.
Add extra water to cover vegetables. Simmer 20 minutes.
