Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. white flour
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix well and let set for 15 minutes until grain has time to swell, then it will thicken up and not be so juicy.
    Fry in a hot skillet.
