Candy'S Beef Boat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
1 loaf unsliced rye bread (either long or round)
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, cut in small pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except bread.
Slice top off bread. Scoop out bread to form a boat.
Cut the rest of bread into bite size pieces.
Serve dip in the bread boat with bite size pieces in a side dish for dipping.
