Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. oil
1 c. sherry
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
dash of pepper
Preparation

Marinate tenderloin in the ingredients for 24 hours.
Turn several times.
Remove and dry.
Rub with oil.
Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Put roast in pan and cook.
