Brown Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can beef stock
Preparation

In skillet melt butter.
Add flour, salt, pepper and beef stock.
Cook 15 minutes over very low heat or double boiler. Consomme can substitute for beef stock.
Serve with beef dishes.
