Bobby Trapp'S Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 lb. bag hash brown frozen potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Mix all ingredients well and pour over potatoes.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to bake, top with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes in 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour.
