Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In a 4-quart saucepan over low heat melt butter.
    Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar.
    Add eggs, with a wooden spoon; beat until blended.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
    Fold in chocolate.
    Spread batter in pan.
    Sprinkle walnuts over batter. Bake 30 minutes.
