Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. vinegar (5%)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 to 18 jalapenos (add according to how hot you want it)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together and cook until it is as thick as you want it.
    Put in jars and seal.
