Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) box Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well. In another bowl, measure flour; add soda and salt.
    Add buttermilk and flour mixture alternately.
    Beat well after each addition. Then add bran last and beat well.
    Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Batter will keep 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
