Almost Zero Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced yellow onion
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
    Shake well. Refrigerate until needed.
    Serve over salad greens.
    Makes 1/2 cup.
    One serving of 2 tablespoons = 6 calories, 09 protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 09 fat and 31 mg. sodium.
