Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) bags frozen hash browns
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 c. oleo
    1 pt. half and half
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Heat until blended over medium heat all ingredients but potatoes.
    Place hash browns in a 9 x 11-inch greased pan.
    Pour cheese mixture over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
