Spiced Pineapple Pick-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 13 oz. can pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 to 8 whole cloves
    1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
Preparation
    Day or two ahead:
    Drain syrup from pineapple; add vinegar, sugar, salt, cloves and cinnamon.
    Heat 10 minutes; add pineapple. Bring to boil.
    Refrigerate.
    Drain pineapple and serve cold.
