Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    approximately 3 day old biscuits, crumbled
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
    Mix all other ingredients together and shape into loaf in glass pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour off all grease and top with reserved tomato sauce.
    Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
