Baked Squash Ritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
