Fake Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks celery, chopped lengthwise
    3 bell peppers, chopped lengthwise
    2 onions, chopped lengthwise
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 can beef broth
    1 can tomatoes
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables in 2 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Cook steak in 2 tablespoons oil; drain and cut into bite-size chunks. Mix meat and vegetables; add broth and tomatoes.
    Cook to desired thickness; serve over rice.
