Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar (brown or white)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. peeled grated zucchini
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix sugar and oil.
    Mix in eggs and zucchini; add salt, flour, soda, spices and flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and pineapple.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
