Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    milk
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid. Add milk to salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
    Add to biscuit mix along with egg and lemon juice. Blend in salmon, vegetables and seasoned salt. Drop batter by spoonfuls into deep fat until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
