Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pared, sliced apples
3/4 c. orange juice
non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Place the apples in a 1-quart casserole. Combine orange juice, sweetener, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Pour over apples and toss.
