Ham And Eggs Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    2 c. cooked cubed ham
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in skillet until tender.
    Blend in flour. Cook until bubbly.
    Add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted.
    Add 4 sliced eggs, potatoes, ham and parsley; mix well.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
    Garnish with additional 2 eggs, sliced.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
