Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated (jumbo size)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavor
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine, put in bowl with sugar and egg yolks.
    Put in flavoring.
    Then stir in flour.
    When good and smooth, stir in milk.
    Beat egg whites; fold in mixture. Bake in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
