Calabacitas(Squash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small green squash
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. canned kernel corn
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry
    the
    squash in butter with the garlic, peppers and onion. Stir
    constantly and cook until tender.
    Add the milk, salt, corn and cheese.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
