Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-cup Bundt pan. Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix eggs, oil, bananas, pineapple with juice and vanilla.
Mix dry and wet ingredients until well blended, but do not beat.
Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Let cool in pan, invert onto rack and cool thoroughly.
Makes 12 servings.
