Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    spring onions
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    chicken breast, skinned
    butter
Preparation
    Butter rectangle Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle 1 cup rice in baking dish.
    Slice a lot of spring onions over rice.
    Pour in 2 cups chicken bouillon (2 bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water).
    Lay chicken on top of rice and onions (meaty side down).
    Put butter pats on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take cover off; turn chicken and broil until chicken is brown.
    Add about 1/4 cup water if rice is dry.
