Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small jar pimento, diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. melted butter
    milk
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on, then peel and dice.
    Toss all ingredients, except crumbs and milk, into a well-greased casserole. Sprinkle crumbs over top.
    Add milk until it is filled 1/2 the way up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles and cheese is melted.
