Pork Chops In A Crock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can chicken and rice soup or chicken bouillon cube and water
    pork chops
Preparation
    Cover pork chops with flour, garlic salt and dry mustard. Brown in oil, place in crock-pot and add soup.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
