Down Home Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork or beef ribs
    2 onions
    1/2 c. honey
    12 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (Heinz or your choice)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot, cover ribs with water, salt and pepper.
    Boil ribs over medium heat, approximately 2 hours.
    Be sure meat is fork-tender and well done.
    Turn ribs frequently while cooking.
